Crab Rangoon

Ingredients:

° 2- 8oz boxes room temperature cream cheese

plain or light (don't use ones like the whipped)
° 3 green onions chopped
° 8oz - 16oz fresh crab cooked flaked or diced (I used fresh blue crab claw meat since that was readily available to me you can also use imitation crab just cut it up good)
° Egg roll wrappers
° Vegetable oil for frying

(The following ingredients I will give you how much I used you can use more or less depending on your taste)

° 2 tablespoons of  Worcestershire sauce
° 1 tablespoon of Garlic powder
° 1 tablespoon of Onion powder
° 3.5g of Ground Cannabis flower

Instructions:

  1. With a hand mixer or food processor pulse

    cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, green onions and cannabis together until well mixed then start adding in your crab meat. (Remember if you purchase lump crab meat make sure to check the meat very well for crab shells)
  2. Lay out your egg wrapper with a corner pointing towards you place 2-3 tablespoons in the center of the wrap (think a short horizontal line of filling) take corner closest to you and carefully tuck it over the meat fold the corners over and roll tight use a small amount of water to seal the end of the wrapper. (If you check out the packaging that the wraps came in there should be more information. When you roll it roll it tight or they will explode or fall apart while frying like my first attempt did)

  3. Heat oil to 350° (I have a small fryer you can use a deep pot) if you are using a pot make sure to have a thermometer to check the temperature of your oil.
  4. Fry two rolls at a time or how many ever can fit in your pot at one time do not crowd them. Fry until lightly golden brown allow your oil to reheat between batches drain and serve warm. 💜💜💜💜

Chocolate Chip Cream Cheese Cookies

Ingredients:
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter softened to room temp
1/4 cup cream cheese softened to room temp 
.2mg distillate syringes or rso 
3/4 cup brown sugar packed
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg 
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2  cups all purpose flour 
2 tsp cornstarch
1tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 bag semi sweet chocolate chips
*I used minis and they melted into giant chunks 😋😋

Instructions:
  • In the bowl you are using to mix with add butter, cream cheese, egg and vanilla.  (I am using a hand mixer with beaters on it to mix with) blend on low together for 30secs.
  • Mix the sugars together and add the
    distillate into sugar mixture mix into sugar. (I do this because the distillate sticks to the brown sugar well it helps it not stick to the bowl) Blend this mixture into the bowl on medium until we'll creamed.
  • Stop blending scrape down the sides of the bowl. Add cornstarch, baking soda and sea salt to bowl start mixing and slowly add the flour to the bowl.
  • Once the dough is ready fold the chips in by hand that was the easiest way I found to do it.
  • I lined my cookie sheets with aluminum foil and used a tablespoon to scoop up mounds of cookie dough and placed them on the cookie sheet and placed them in the freezer for a minimum of 15 minutes ***no warm cookie dough won't cook right looking at you room temp 👀👀**
  • Preheat your oven to 300F space out your cookies at least 2in apart on the cookie sheets. (I used 2 cookies sheets one I greased with butter the other I didn't grease and saw no difference in
    the outcome of the cookie.)
  • Now I tried to establish a cook time for these cookies but mine were so big they took forever to cook (20mins) I can tell you they are ready when the outside of the cookie is set but the tops have not set yet they will firm up as they cool.
  • Allow 5 minutes or more to cool on the cookie sheet before moving to final cooling location.

I made 14 in this batch that made them about 14mg each mine were not all the same size is more of a guess based off the amount of THC in the syringe I used. They turned out so gooey, soft and so chocolatey! Well enjoy and Bon Appetit!!!

Gummy Recipe

So to make my gummies I use the Nostalgia GCM200 Electric Gummy Candy Maker instead of boiling on the stove top but can be cooked on the oven just need to keep a close eye on it and make sure not to over boil. I have found many fun molds on Amazon but by far my favorite cannabis themed molds come from www.pjbold.com
Ingredients:
6oz flavored jello 
2 packs of unflavored gelatin
3/4 cup cool water or juice
1/2 tsp sunflower lecithin powder
1 tsp citric acid
1/8 tsp potassium sorbate
1 distillate syringe (I use Vidacann 800mg)
Cornstarch
Instructions:
  • Combine the powders in measuring cup, mix them together breaking up clumps, add your water or juice and mix well.
  • Let sit for 15mins to allow the gelatin to bloom and preheat gummy machine set aside any extra.
  • Pour gummy mix into the maker and heat 5 mins and stir continue this process until it looks clear running off your spoon. If you start seeing a foam on the top it is overheating.
  • Add you distillate syringe and stir really good 
  • Transfer to molds I use a candy dropper to get the molds filled with out spilling or wasting anything.
  • I then let them set up in the freezer for 15-20 mins to let the gelatin to set up
  • Dust the back of gummies with cornstarch to prevent tackiness I also coat my hands in cornstarch to prevent sticking.
  • Allow to sit overnight to air dry and dehydrate the last bit of water. I lay them out on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper to dry.
  • Dust them lightly in cornstarch to prevent sticking and store in the fridge 😊😊
Now I know I am gonna get the question why citric acid and potassium sorbate? Both are preservatives and allow them to spend some time outside of the fridge if need be but they will still melt if they get hot. Also with the citric if you want sour gummies you can add more to fit your sour taste 😋😋😋
As for the extra gummy mix I did not medicate I make a few kid friendly gummies for the little one so she has some goodies too 💜

My Vuber vape bubbler

I never thought I would find a vaporizer that I loved so much until I found this Vuber dry herb and oil vape with bubbler attachment at my local collective for $40.  So we decided to take her home and give her a try. Im very skeptical when it comes to dry herb vaporizers Ive wasted alot of money on others with the same claim but this girl gave me a smooth clean hit with both dry herb and oils. The battery charges quick and lasts several days in between charging. The skillet was to big to fit the domes i have but i love the burning capabilities it has.
The bubbler is amazing and since i got this kit I have found some very neat bubbler pieces that fit the skillet size. This has quickly become my new favorite  vaporizer set up at home!

Blending cannabis into a juice

Ingredients:
1 cup of fresh picked fan leaves or buds          

2 cups of filtered water

Raw unfiltered Honey

Instructions:
Remove all the stems off the fan leaves and raw buds and put them in a blender with a liquefy setting. I pull my ingredients right off my organic graden.

Pour the 2 cups of filtered water into the blender and add 2 tsp of honey to the mix to start off with.

Blend on high using liquefy setting for 5 mins. Pour through a filter and remove the pulp and set it aside for now.

Try the drink if it is sweet enough enjoy if not add honey to taste.

Now a few points....
It is important that you know where your honey comes from there is alot of fake honey out there today get local honey and make sure it is raw I go so far when I can to get honey with a honeycomb in it. But that is the honey that is best for you expecally if you have seasonal allergies.

Next the pulp I told you to set aside that can be dried and used to cook with, toss it into a meal then or compost it. But cooking with it can unlock some more of it medicinal properties.

When I started blender juicing cannabis I was getting off of a bunch of medicines that my doctor had me on my blood pressure has gone back down and I felt energized again. I have also mixed the strained juice with fruits, spices, vegetables and other medicinal ingredients.

Soon I will be able to use homemade hemp milk instead of cow milk since I'm lactose intolerant. But that will be a different topic I'll cover here soon.
